Intermittent UV flexo
Sen IF-330
Five colour intermittent UV flexo label press
Flexo quality with turnaround close to digital. One print cylinder covers every repeat length, so a job change is a plate change.

IF-330D
With flat bed die cut
Everything in the IF-330, plus an inline flat bed die cut on the same pass. The press prints and die cuts in one operation, so finished labels come off the rewind with no separate die cutting step.

Built to take work off digital presses
Setup is fast and waste is low: about 20 to 30 metres of web and the press is already running finished, saleable labels. Because it prints from plates, the cost per label stays flat as volume grows, colour holds steady from the first metre to the last, and a new job just needs a new plate, not a re-profile.
For the runs where digital turns slow and expensive, the IF-330 gives the same quick turnaround at a lower cost per label.
Runs on Self-adhesive stock, product labels, stickers and flexible film. Short runs and multicolour work.

Questions buyers ask about the IF-330
What is the difference between the IF-330 and the IF-330D?
The IF-330D adds one inline flat bed die cut (max die cut area 250 x 300 mm, 150 cuts per minute), so labels are printed and die cut in one pass. With the die cut in use the repeat is 20 to 250 mm and output is up to 9,000 labels per hour; printing only, it runs 300 mm repeats at 12,000 per hour. The IF-330D is 6,570 mm long against 5,470 mm, and weighs 4,500 kg against 3,500 kg.
Why choose intermittent flexo instead of a digital press?
Setup takes about 20 to 30 metres of web, the cost per label stays flat as volume grows, and colour holds steady from the first metre to the last. A new job needs a new plate, not a re-profile, so short runs turn around quickly at a lower cost per label.
Which UV curing is fitted?
LED UV at every print station, 5 x 1.7 kW (UV Light, Taiwan). Conventional UV is also available. Tell us which you prefer when you ask for a quote.
What power supply does it need?
3 phase 200V, approximately 21 kW for the IF-330 and 25 kW for the IF-330D.
Do you install the machine and train our operators?
Yes. Our technicians install and commission every machine, and we train your operators on site or by video call. Remote support is available in English, Mandarin and Bahasa.
