The premium label press
The SMP-320D prints five colours by intermittent letterpress with LED UV curing at every station, then die cuts inline on the same pass. Finished, ready-to-ship labels come straight off the rewind, with no separate die cutting step.
The 132T cylinder stays in the press and runs every repeat length.

What is the difference between the SMP-320 and the SMP-320D?
The SMP-320D adds one inline flat bed die cut (max die cut area 295 x 290 mm), so finished labels come off the rewind in one pass. The base SMP-320 prints at up to 15,000 labels per hour with a 20 to 290 mm repeat. The SMP-320D is rated at 12,000 per hour, with a 20 to 250 mm repeat when the die cut is in use and up to 9,000 per hour when die cutting inline.
Letterpress or flexo: which should I choose?
Letterpress lays a denser ink film, so fine type stays crisp and solids stay solid. Choose the SMP-320D for labels that have to look premium. Intermittent UV flexo, like the IF-330, is built to take work off digital presses at a lower cost per label.
What power supply does it need?
3 phase 200V: 16 kW / 20 kVA for the SMP-320 and 20 kW / 25 kVA for the SMP-320D. LED UV is 5 x 1.7 kW (UV Light, Taiwan).
