One cylinder, every repeat
Repeats from 20 to 300 mm run on the 132T cylinder (419.1 mm). A new job needs a new plate, not a new cylinder.
Build the press with 4 to 8 flexo stations, to match the colours your work needs. Add back-side printing, magnetic rotary die-cut and lamination to finish labels in the same pass.
Key features
- Double-layer ink tray. Bearings sit outside the ink. Lift out the inner tray to change colour.
- Touch screen at every station, to run and adjust the press from any station.
- 3-second plate cover: a quick-lock cover, on and locked in seconds.
- Larger ink rollers run at the same speed with fewer turns, so there is no ink misting.
- Front ink refill with an ink level gauge.
- Vision camera with monitor as standard, to check registration while the press runs.

No. The 132T cylinder prints every repeat from 20 to 300 mm in intermittent mode. A new job needs a new plate, not a new cylinder.
How many colours can the FX-330 have?
4 to 8 flexo stations, chosen when you order. Back-side printing, magnetic rotary die-cut and a laminate station can be added to finish labels in the same pass.
What comes as standard?
16 anilox rollers and 8 printing cylinders (132T), a web guide (EPC), a standard dancer roller, a vision camera with monitor, and Ø550 mm unwind and rewind.
What power supply does it need?
3 phase 200V. For a 380V supply an AVR is needed: 380V in, 200V out, 50 kVA. As configured with 7 colours, back-side printing and die-cut, it draws approximately 38 kVA / 31 kW.
