Die cut printed labels roll to roll, off the press. The SD-350 has one flat bed die cut station; the SDH-350 adds a hot stamping station in front of it.

Die cut, stamp and laminate in one pass
The web runs from the unwind through the stations and back onto a roll. Both machines have a laminating unit with its own unwind and rewind, so labels can be laminated and die cut in the same pass.
The SDH-350 adds a hot stamping station before the die cut. A UV flexo varnish station can be added in front of it, and inline slitting or a roll-to-sheet cutter after it.

What is the difference between the SD-350 and the SDH-350?
The SD-350 has one flat bed die cut station, max die cut area 340 x 340 mm. The SDH-350 is a twin head machine: a hot stamping station (max 300 x 300 mm) and a die cut station (max 330 x 330 mm). Both take a 30 to 350 mm web and run at up to 15,000 per hour.
Is there a faster version?
Yes. The SD-350S and SDH-350S run at 400 rpm, up to 24,000 per hour, and have a 2nd-pass scanner mark sensor. Ask us for their specification.
Which options can be added?
